Awareness and enforcement of guidelines for publishing industry-sponsored medical research among publication professionals:
The Global Publication Survey

A large-scale, international survey, the Global Publication Survey (GPS), was developed to understand how publication professionals work, including their awareness of publication guidelines, and processes used to encourage responsible publication practices. It sought to identify areas where guidelines were already understood and enforced, as well as areas for improvement, education and training, across different groups involved in the development of peer-reviewed publications.

The results of The Global Publication Survey are reported in BMJ Open.
