Jude D'Souza

Bio: Jude D'Souza has worked in Medical Communications for over 12 years, specializing in presentation design for pharmaceutical clients across a wide range of therapy areas including oncology, depression and rare diseases. He is based in the UK, where he leads a dedicated international team of Presentation Specialists for the medical communications division of McCann Health. A writer and poet in his spare time, Jude applies storytelling principles to presentation development and has delivered several workshops on building and delivering more effective presentations to both agency staff and international HCPs. He is the co-organizer and a speaker consultant for TEDx Macclesfield, where he has helped develop presentations on topics including astrophysics, economics and mental health.

Bio: Ann Davis is currently an independent consultant in medical publications writing and management. She has more than 30 years of experience in the medical communications field, including her most recent role as Manager of Global Scientific and Medical Communications at Pfizer, where she supported execution of publication plans for the vaccines portfolio. Ann has also held content development roles at Centocor Ortho Biotech (now Janssen Pharmaceuticals), Strongbridge Biopharma, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. At BMS, she also served as a Global Publication Advisor, developing publications policies and practices, as well as advising and training internal stakeholders and agency partners. An ISMPP-certified medical publication professional, she has served as workshop leader for ISMPP and the American Medical Writers Association, author of multiple ISMPP poster presentations, faculty for the ISMPP U webinars, and a member of various ISMPP committees. She has been an invited speaker at TIPPA and other publication planning seminars, Ann completed her graduate studies at the University of Texas Houston Health Science Center.

Bio: Dana has 10 years of medical communications and scientific publishing experience. She joined Caudex in 2008, and is now Scientific Division Lead for Caudex, based in their New York office.
