ISMPP is pleased to announce the theme for the 2022 European Meeting of ISMPP, 25-26 January, in London, UK:

Advancing Our Profession: 
Driving Leadership and Best Practices in Medical Communications

The COVID-19 pandemic ushered reactive changes, but now is the time to look ahead and think about how we can proactively drive change.  This theme will explore how we as a community of professionals can be leaders at all levels and how our stakeholders play a part.

SHOWCASE YOUR RESEARCH!

The 2022 European Meeting of ISMPP offers a great opportunity to publish your research and build on the medical publications and scientific communications knowledge base.

The poster session will be fully virtual for this year’s meeting. Abstracts accepted for the Member Research Oral Presentation session will be held in-person in London.

In addition, your research could be:

  • Published in the Current Medical Research and Opinion (CMRO) supplement

  • Considered for a spot in our member research oral presentation session

  • Eligible for one of three distinguished poster awards; categories to be announced with abstract notifications.

Your structured, scientific abstract should report results of original research that expands understanding of the medical publication/scientific communication professions and should contain quantitative or qualitative data. For detailed instructions, refer to our Guidelines & FAQ.

ISMPP's Abstract Committee will review all abstracts via a blinded, peer-review process. Abstracts will be selected for presentation based on criteria that include the abstract's originality, innovation, and relevance to the field.
