*All exhibitors utilizing a Full Pass must be current members of the Society at the time of the 16th Annual Meeting. If registering for a Full Pass and you are not a current member of ISMPP, click here to join ISMPP or renew your membership.

IMPORTANT: ISMPP will manually register your reps with the complimentary passes that come with your exhibit package and send a confirmation to each.  Click the link below to submit the registration information for your company's booth representatives at the 16th Annual Meeting:

Note: Exhibitor passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Splitting days or transferring registration from one person to another person over the course of the conference days is not permitted.

An addtional Exhibit Hall Only pass can be purchased for $495 USD. Note Exhibitors can only purchase up to one additional Exhibit Hall Only pass.  Contact Sue Marek at [email protected] to arrange.  Sue can only register your booth representatives who are utilizing the complimentary passes.

Additional Full Meeting registrations are available for purchase once your total complimentary pass allotment has been used. To purchase full meeting registrations, attendees must register themselves by clicking on the 16th Annual Meeting of ISMP Registration form.

Decorations & Furnishings

Deadline: Friday, March 29 for discount

Brede Exposition Services, ISMPP's designated service contractor, will handle the physical arrangements for all exhibits. Brede will directly email each exhibitor the EXHIBITOR SERVICE KIT which has the information necessary for the construction of your booth, furniture rentals and other onsite services.

When considering the setup of your exhibit, please note that each space includes (1) 6-foot skirted table, chairs (3 Chairs for 8x10 booths; 2 Chairs for 6 ft table tops) and (1) waste receptacle. The Exhibit Hall is carpeted! If you would like a photo of the exhibit hall for reference email me at [email protected] and I will be happy to forward one.

IMPORTANT!  Drivers for all carriers must be checked in at the Brede Service Desk for pick-up of freight by 2:00 PM on April 22nd.  The Hall must be clear of all freight by 3:00 PM .

** All Exhibits should remain intact through the Wednesday morning refreshment break and exhibitor prize raffle, which concludes at 11:45 AM.

Electric + Internet Connectivity

Electricity does not come with your booth. You must order separately if needed.  If you require electric connectivity for your exhibit, please note you will need to work directly with the Grand Hyatt to make arrangements to support your booth activities. For your convenience, a form will be included in the ====> Exhibitor Service Kit  (For the Electricity Form see page 30.)

Wireless Internet (WiFi) connections come standard with your Exhibit. Hard wire connections will be at your discretion and can be contracted directly the the hotel to make arrangements to support your booth activities; ISMPP is not involved. For your convenience, a form is included in the Exhibitor Service Kit. (For Internet Form see page 32)

Meeting Smartphone App

ISMPP is excited to partner with uSummit by TIPMed to produce an Annual Meeting Smartphone application (‘app’) for the 16th Annual Meeting

As an exhibitor, you will be featured within the ‘app’ to allow for the attendees to locate your space in the Exhibit Hall, as well as find you after the meeting has concluded.

To assist ISMPP with the process, we need to receive some important information from you.

Custom PPT Slide (for 8x10 Exhibits Only)

Deadline: Friday April 10th

Before the meeting convenes each day, as well as during the course of all breaks, a revolving PowerPoint slide deck will be shown in the General Session auditorium.  All exhibitors taking an 8x10 Exhibit are entitled to send ONE (1) slide to be included in the deck. Slide should be formatted for widescreen 16:9

IMPORTANT: All submissions are to be static slides.  Any slide sent with transitions/animations will be returned to your organization for changes.  

Upon completion, please send your slide design to Sue Marek at [email protected]Your slide must be received no later than Friday April 10.

Exhibitor Passport Program

Deadline to Confirm Participation: Monday, April 13

ISMPP is pleased to be offering our Exhibitor Passport Program.  This successful initiative is designed to add excitement to the Exhibit Hall and increase stand traffic, providing the opportunity for Meeting delegates to win prizes.

To increase the buzz around this program, we invite you and your organization to provide a prize to be raffled off.  It can be as token or grand as you would like, but the more prizes we have to offer, the more incentive for attendees to visit all exhibits!  During the drawing, ISMPP will randomly select a card for each prize offered, and announce which organization has provided it.

Please note we will need to be informed of your organization's participation and prize offered no later than Monday, April 13.  ISMPP will not require the prize itself in advance; You can provide it onsite to the ISMPP staff.

Attendee List

Included in all exhibit packages, ISMPP will provide the complete attendee registration list with email addresses, no later than Friday, April 10.

Please note this list is for one-time use, which will be strictly monitored.  Also, using this list for recruitment or job placement outreach by your organization is prohibited. (no job recruitment outreach)

Important: Due to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, ISMPP has included an “opt-out of marketing solicitations” feature in our registration form. This feature provides attendees the option to opt-out of receiving any marketing-based communications. Those who opt-out will not appear on the Attendee List you receive prior to the meeting.

Shipping to and from the The Grand Hyatt Washington

As stated in the Exhibitor Service Kit, Brede, will collect and deliver exhibitor freight.  Your are strongly encouraged to ship any booth materials to the warehouse address provided in the EXHIBITOR SERVICE KIT.  However, if there is a need to send additional booth materials directly to the Grand Hyatt please note the following details:

Any package being shipped out of the Hotel must be prepaid, addressed, labeled and ready for mailing. Please visit the Brede Help Desk (set up in the Exhibit Hall) to request arrangements for a Shipping Request Form.
