Overview and Advertising Fees
The ISMPP Job Board provides members and their companies, and professional employment recruiters, an exclusive opportunity to solicit new employees in a target-rich environment, as well as providing leads for those currently in the job market. The Job Board is available to ISMPP members only.

ISMPP has created two separate programs, one for ISMPP members and their companies (nonrecruiters), and one for professional employment recruiters. The parameters for each are noted below, as well as the applications to download.
ISMPP Members and Their Companies
- The fee for each ad placed is $75 USD per month.
- An advertiser must be an ISMPP member or from a member’s company and CANNOT represent a recruiting firm, even if an ISMPP member. Recruiters should refer to the program below.
- All ads and associated fees are good for one full calendar month; the Advertiser will have the opportunity to renew the ad by the 27th of each month/cycle.
- Ads cannot exceed 150 words; any ad received over this limit will be returned to the advertiser for editing. Additionally, an employer may not list more than one job opportunity per each Job Board application (however, there are no limits on how many positions you can advertise per month)
- All jobs listed must be regarding a professional position and not of a personal nature.
- The ISMPP administrative office reserves the right to reject any application/ad deemed inappropriate.
- Applications must be received no later than the 27th day of any given month, to be posted beginning the 1st of the following month.
- All expiring ads will be pulled on the final day of that month unless the ISMPP office receives notice and payment by the 27th of the month.

Professional Employment Recruiters
- The fee for each ad placed is $1,000 USD per month
- All ads and associated fees are good for 1 full calendar month; the Recruiter will have the opportunity to renew the ad by the 27th of each month/cycle. Ads cannot exceed 200 words; any ad received over this limit will be returned to the advertiser for editing. Additionally, advertisers may not list more than 1 job opportunity per each Job Board application (however, there are no limits on how many positions you can advertise per month)
- All jobs listed must be regarding a professional position and not of a personal nature.
- The ISMPP administrative office reserves the right to reject any application/ad deemed inappropriate.
