Call For Abstracts - CLOSED
ISMPP is pleased to issue a call for abstracts for our upcoming 10th Annual Meeting, Leading Through Collaboration.
This is an excellent opportunity to get your research published, discuss findings with your peers and contribute to the medical publication space. Accepted abstracts will be showcased as a poster or oral presentation at our Annual Meeting and published in a special supplement to Current Medical Research and Opinion* in April 2014.
Abstracts should provide objective evidence that confirms, improves, or enhances standards or understanding of the medical publication profession.
You may want to consider – but are not limited to – original research in the following areas:
- Successful internal or external collaborations
- Ethics and/or transparency
- Best practices, education and/or advocacy
- Perception of the medical publication profession by the external environment
- Legal, regulatory, and/or publishing environments and their impact on the medical publication profession
- Standards and guidelines
- Direct application to day-to-day activities

ISMPP's Abstract Committee will review all abstracts via a blinded, peer-review process. Notifications will be sent to authors the first week of February. Abstracts will be selected for presentation based on criteria that include the abstract’s originality and innovation and relevance to the field and/or the 10th Annual Meeting theme.
*Methods-only abstracts will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be included in the CMRO publication.
